This was fantastic. We doubled the recipe and substituted a different hot pepper because they were out of jalapenos and it was still great. My husband thinks it had too much cilantro but that seems to be something people either love or hate. Next time I think i'll make 2 batches and put half with cilantro and half without.
I loved this. They turned out perfect.
This was my first attempt at making Lamb and I loved this. It was better then I've ever had it in a restaurant. I followed the advice of making sure the lamb rested at room temp for an before cooking. I followed the recipe exactly. At 18 mins it was a perfect medium. Looks like I'll be making lamb more often.
