Absolutely wonderful. I did the same as another poster and only used 2/3 ketchup and 1/3 bbq sauce and it was just perfect. Hubby requested it twice in the first week i made it!!
Hubby loved it, i'm not to big on mixing cheese with fish, but without that it was pretty good.

Excellent my kids and husband DEVOURED them AS IS!! I've been forbade from using box mixes ever again. Only down side is that without doubling the recepie I only get about 4 pancakes.
I followed the directions exactly, I even used real peaches, no cans.......it wasn't bad, but it came out sickly sweet. I mean so sweet my lips and cheeks puckered with each bite.....we just couldn't eat it.
