I searched and searched for an overnight breakfast casserole that had the same things as the one I made every Christmas morning. This year I had to prepare it the night before and I could not find one with everything I normally include. So I basically made the same casserole, but pre-baking the crust. This casserole turned out almost better than the caserole I was trying to copy.
