This is a Keeper! Just delicious. Do make with sugar for wonderful crust. I added a few more peaches because I love them so but not necessary. I'm making lots to freeze

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

I made in my bread machine (dry ingred first) and it was great. Pull out and butter loaf before it cools. I love making from scratch and often do but sometimes..No Time! Thanks!

Yummy! Great for those meatless days. The catalina dressing is what makes it different than anything you've had before. I used chili beans instead of pinto, corn to replace black beans, tortilla chips to replace corn and 1 head of iceberg lettuce. Really not as different as original but suits us. Thanks.

I love making muffins and breads. I follow the first time but these were so dry. Was it because I used margarine (I was told it was the same as shortening), or because I made little muffins instead of a loaf? I used granny smith. Any ideas? Thanks.

I love these. So many ways to make. We are mexican food nuts so I spread with canned refried beans, then maybe lettuce, tomatoes, certainly add'l cheddar and even some cream cheese, or sour cream? So good. My daughter-in-law loves when I make and freeze (leave out vegies)\. It gives her something to throw in the kids lunches! Thanks Sal!

Zucchini Parmesan Appetizer

I LOVE zucchini and I've used these ingredients many times but so differently. I shred the zucchini, cover with 1/2 tsp of salt and let drain for 15 min. (no cooking). Then mix everything together (omit butter) and pan fry in a little veg. oil. My ingred. amt's are 2 zucchini, 1/2 small onion, 1 garlic, 3 eggs . I do use Panko Bread crumbs and Parm amt's are the same as Jean's. Topping with Sour Cream is a MUST! If I don't have any then I wait until I do. I havent' used the fresh Parm before and Jean you are sooo right. It makes a difference. When dieting this is a "go to". I just use Eggbeaters, less Parm and spray pan with Pam. I also use salsa (yummy) instead of sour cream.

I Love this recipe! We recently had it at CAlif. Pizza Kitchen so came home and tried to replicate. We used a jarred Alfredo Sauce but never thought to use the cream, soy sauce or chicken broth. Nice addition. We did add chopped (chunks) of eggplant. Not for everyone but we love it and it added that extra layer of texture. We also added parm cheese because we add it to everything ! Thanks for sharing
