I love to cook. I am also a firm believer that the quality of your eqipment has a big effect on you edible results. The most important thing though is the quality of your ingredients. I try not to consume HFCS or anything hydrogenated. I believe in eating real food not processed garbage. I also believe wholeheartedly that one's approach towards cooking the dinner for one's family is indicative of how well that family is functioning. One doen't have to be Donna Reed or June Cleaver. But a little effort and some care for what you are feeding them shows how much you love them.
