amazingly delicious dish! i would recommend using a couple more zucchini (i used 4 medium sized and had about 1/2 of the filling left over), or plan on freezing 1/2 of the fillings for next time.

This would have been much better made with puff pastry. The crescent roll dough was too sweet and doughy for the recipe. I subbed out the prosciutto for cranberries. I might try this again someday with the puff pastry and some type of sauce.

Creamy Vinaigrette

Delicious and fresh tasting! I used less oil (1/2 cup) and a bit more lemon juice as I thought it may be too oily on a salad. I will definitely make this again.

Tomato Brie Bow Tie Pasta

This recipe is MUCH better if you sub in a pint of fresh cherry tomatoes (or grape tomatoes) cut in half, and add chopped red onion and a few cloves of garlic.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Nothing special at all... And, way too many mushrooms. This is coming from a mushroom-lover. It just seemed like something was missing. Also, it took a lot longer to cook than the recipe stated.
