I've now made this twice!!! This is a favorite in our house. I improvised the first time by using brown sugar and and also took some of the suggestions a few reviewers mentioned using only 1 tsp. of cloves, adding all spice, and a tsp. of vanilla. It came out fabulous!
My whole family loved this! I added some fresh garlic to the rue and frozen peas when mixing everything together. Delicious!
These taste better than a recipe I have from William Senoma. I did use a 6 oz cup of lemon flavored yogurt instead of plain and I used one egg instead of 2 egg whites also used 1 full tbsp. Of fresh lemon zest... Delicious!
Easy and Delicious recipe! My 3 year old even ate this dish (except for the mushrooms)! I served it over spinach fettuccine pasta...Big Hit!
