It's a pretty good dish! I sautéed my chicken with basil, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. I used fresh carrots, sweet corn, and baby peas. For the fresh carrots, I stayed them in butter to soften them up for baking. I used rotini pasta instead. I used a little more milk, and topped the dinner with cheddar cheese , Parmesan, and Italian crumbs. Super easy! Covered with tin foil to keep moist
I loved how quick and easy this recipe was! I made a few changes because I saw others note it didn't have enough flavor. I had 3 green bell peppers and 1 orange. I hollowed them out and I blanched them. (Preserves color and texture). I minced up 2 cloves of garlic and half of a white onion. I sautéed that in olive oil until translucent and then added my 1lb ground beef with some butter. When brown, I drained the mixture and put it back In the pan. I didnt have worsurire sauce unfortunately. But I added in salt, pepper, garlic, basil, Italian seasoning, hot sauce(to flavor). For the tomatoes I used fire roasted canned tomatoes. I then cooked everything as directed and it came out fantastic! Thanks for the recipe.
I think the sauce taste amazing! I used more pasta though to make make it less runny. Also, my fiancé doesn’t like tomatoes or mushrooms (bummer), so I did corn and peas instead!
Let me just say, this was AMAZINGGG. I was worried about adding mustard but you legit do not taste the mustard, at all! I diced up garlic and onions, placed that in the bag. I added garlic seasoning, Himalaya pink salt, pepper and Italian seasonings! Put soy sauce and 2 tablespoons is worsersire sauce! Let it marinade for about an hour to hour and half. Baked until it reached 63 Degrees’s Celsius!!
