Brown rice cooked with powdered curry makes this a perfect side dish.
In a microwavable glass bowl, mix all ingredients.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and make four holes with a toothpick.
Take the bowl to the microwave and let it cook for about 27 minutes, on high level.
After it is done, take the bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Take off the plastic wrap and serve.
