Delicious bruschetta made with tomatoes, garlic, basil and olive oil, served on italian bread.
Cut the tomates into little cubes.
Turn on the oven to 300F.
Cut the italian bread slices in half, making them into 12 smaller pieces. Put the bread slices in the oven until lightly brown.
Rub the garlic clove quickly on each slice.
Pour a bit of olive oil on each slice and season it with salt and black pepper.
Put the chopped tomato and the chopped basil on the slices and once more, season the slices with salt and pepper.
