  • Cut the tomates into little cubes.

  • Turn on the oven to 300F.

  • Cut the italian bread slices in half, making them into 12 smaller pieces. Put the bread slices in the oven until lightly brown.

  • Rub the garlic clove quickly on each slice.

  • Pour a bit of olive oil on each slice and season it with salt and black pepper.

  • Put the chopped tomato and the chopped basil on the slices and once more, season the slices with salt and pepper.

  • Serve hot.
