This is a spicy, kicked up aioli that is great with seafood, or with crudites. I served it with deep fried baby octopus, and when they were gone, my guests cleaned out the serving bowl with the lime wedge used for garnish!

  • Roast peppers over gas flame, remove seeds and charred skin, mince peppers

  • Add seasonings to mayonnaise, stir together

  • Put in serving bowl and preferably, let sit overnite in refrigerator to meld flavors

  • Serve with a light drizzle of olive oil on top
