Spicy Garlic Aioli

This is a spicy, kicked up aioli that is great with seafood, or with crudites. I served it with deep fried baby octopus, and when they were gone, my guests cleaned out the serving bowl with the lime wedge used for garnish!

1 cup mayonnaise
2 1" long chiles, roasted, seeds out, minced
4 pressed garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Step 1
Roast peppers over gas flame, remove seeds and charred skin, mince peppers

Peel garlic cloves and press or finely mince

Add seasonings to mayonnaise, stir together
Step 4
Put in serving bowl and preferably, let sit overnite in refrigerator to meld flavors
Step 5
Serve with a light drizzle of olive oil on top
