I made it with a fudge brownie mix. I added 2 eggs to the cheese portion because so many reviews said it didn’t have a cheesecake taste. I made 1 dozen, using all of both batters. The group I made them for said they were amazing. I will make them again!
I followed the other reviews and added some carrots and mushrooms, more onions and a bit more broth. I seasoned with a healthy dose of chili powder, Italian seasoning and a dash of cayenne. This soup is absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I can’t wait to eat the leftovers!
This recipe is awesome! The only changes I made were that I used avocado oil instead of vegetable oil and a thumb sized portion of fresh ginger diced ( as per another review). Not only is this delicious, it is very calorie friendly! Served with 1/2 jasmine rice and steamed broccoli. YUM
