Flavor was wonderful, texture, not so much. I loved the taste but I just couldn't get past the weird texture of the pasta. I wonder if there is another kind of pasta I could try with it? Also, using the ingredient measurements as stated makes a HUGE batch, way too much, even for our large camping group! I ended up only needing half. Again, loved the taste, disliked the "frog eyed" texture.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Yumm Yummm, this recipe made two Pampered Chef loaf pans of bread for me. I increased the cooking time by over 20 minutes and the middle was still a bit soft while the outsides were a little crisp. I'm thinking it was something either with my oven or my cooking times. My husband loved this and my mother said it was great as well. If I make it again, I'll just work a little bit on the oven temp, etc.

My Mom's Parmesan Chicken

Oh my gosh, this was delicious! I not a huge fan of chicken but my husband likes it, so to make it so I could "stand" it, I cut it up into tiny bite size pieces and then made it following the directions. I did add extra cheese because... who doesn't like extra cheese! I know I liked it when I found myself picking at the plate for seconds!!! I'll be keeping this one for sure!

Blueberry Cheesecake Pie

The flavor was good but I had a terrible time with the crust baking hard as a rock on the bottom that I could barely get it up. Also, the blueberry topping didn't set very well and kind of mixed into everything... not sure what happened here but it didn't turn out well for me

I've been following this recipe from this site for about a year now and realized I haven't reviewed it yet, IT'S MY FAVORITE! Anchovies and all, this one's a keeper! I follow it exactly and like it just the way it is :)

Creamy Escargot Soup

This was ok. I'm a HUGE Escargot fan and was excited to find a new way to cook them than just the traditional butter and garlic sauce. However, I felt like I was missing something. Soup was still good and I will make again, but I'm thinking maybe I'll add some pressed garlic and some garlic salt to it next time to add a little flavor... just feel like it needs something else...

My husband really enjoyed this recipe. I like it as well, although it was very time consuming to make. (Hand grating the carrots, etc.) When I'm in the mood to bake and have the time to take to make this, I will definitely make again. I loved the frosting too!

Berry-Blue Corn Muffins

Very very good. We loved how different they were with the blueberries. My hubby actually requested these again this morning before he left for work. I don't have blueberries on hand but I do have raspberries and am thinking about trying it with those.

Baked Cream Cheese Appetizer

Very good and about as simple as it gets. I think next time I make this I might slice the cream cheese block up in two or three long slices and put the spices in between each layer when I put it bak together, that way there are more spices throughout the dip rather than on just the top and bottom... just an idea :)

Easy Deviled Chicken

Good options instead of the traditional chicken, all left over were eaten up the next day by my husband. I did like that it was pretty crunchy and gave it some texture.
