This was a fabulous recipe and very easy to make! Here are a couple of suggestions that I used that made it really good. I did use red potatoes and left the skins on, which added a very rustic flavor. I also added some chunks of carrots. And, to top it off, when serving, use grated parmesan cheese on the top. It was "over the top" for flavor!! Thanks for the sharing the recipe!
Wow! This was amazing! We followed the recipe exactly and it was just as moist and flavorful as everyone's comments. We will also try and use to grill porkchops or on chicken! Highly recommend!
