Lemon Danish pancake balls.
Heat Aebleskiver pan on medium heat.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs until VERY frothy. Add melted butter and milk, and stir.
Pour wet ingredients into bowl with dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
Let mix rest for 5 min
Spray pan with PAM (Do this for each batch)
Pour mixture in holes, and turn after you see bubbles around the edges. Keep turning until a ball is formed. (Check out the many videos online to see how to turn the aebleskiver in the pan).
Check with skewer to make sure it is done in the middle.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar
