1. Make cucumber sauce (at bottom of ingredient list) in bowl by mixing all ingredients together, cover and chill.
2. In separate bowl add green onion, cilantro, garlic, salt, cheyenne pepper, ginger powder, curry spice, paprika, lemon juice, thinly slice onion, and reserved liquid from cucumber. Mix well and set aside.
3. Thinly slice chicken breast and cut into bite size pieces. Add to above mixture in bowl, combine well, and let marinade for 30 min-1 hour in fridge.
4. Heat skillet on high with 3 T of olive oil. Place chicken mixture in pan, and stir fry until meat is thoroughly cooked.
Place 1 t of cucumber sauce, and spread on warmed naan. Add 1/4-1/3 c cooked chicken meat. Top with 2-3 t more cucumber sauce, diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers and a little lettuce. Fold in half, and enjoy!
