  • 1. Make cucumber sauce (at bottom of ingredient list) in bowl by mixing all ingredients together, cover and chill.

  • 2. In separate bowl add green onion, cilantro, garlic, salt, cheyenne pepper, ginger powder, curry spice, paprika, lemon juice, thinly slice onion, and reserved liquid from cucumber. Mix well and set aside.

  • 3. Thinly slice chicken breast and cut into bite size pieces. Add to above mixture in bowl, combine well, and let marinade for 30 min-1 hour in fridge.

  • 4. Heat skillet on high with 3 T of olive oil. Place chicken mixture in pan, and stir fry until meat is thoroughly cooked.

  • Too assemble:

  • Place 1 t of cucumber sauce, and spread on warmed naan. Add 1/4-1/3 c cooked chicken meat. Top with 2-3 t more cucumber sauce, diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers and a little lettuce. Fold in half, and enjoy!
