I love to cook and bake. Fresh and from scratch is the best! I grew up with a mom who didn’t season food. She baked steak and porkchops with nothing, not even some salt, in a 9x13 pan covered w/foil for 1 hour at 350 degrees. I used to have to drown my steak in Worchestershire and my chops in applesauce. Her mom made really good food and my mom did for most of the food. I learned to make homemade egg noodles when I was 8 at my grandmas. My grandpa was the baker. He used to make honey cake. I ate 3 pieces at a time. Because of the lack of seasonings and spices, I had to re-vamp recipes to make them perfect. I have been making dinners for our family since age 11 and have learned many things (especially about seasonings). I am all about fresh and made from scratch. I'm blessed with a palette so if I eat out, I can come home and make the dish. I enjoy fine dining, with friends. I was baking as well, by the age of 10 I was making homemade cream puffs filled with chocolate pudding and homemade whipped cream. Ethnic cuisine my preference over American
