I was looking for something quick and warm and this hit the spot. I cooked the beef with some onion and minced garlic and it was delicous! Even my 5 year old ate it! I also added 3/4 can of milk to the dish, it was a little too thick for us. Thank you so much for posting this recipe, we'll be making it again!
This was absolutely delicous, thank you for the recipe! I followed the recipe exactly, except I added more potatoes, about 3 and a half cups...we're a potato family! Nice and creamy and very filling on a chilly day- serve with some toasted crusty bread, mmm-mmmm!!
This is a really great recipe. I just added a second jar of spagetti sauce. The next day it was a little dry for my liking, but the extra sauce made it perfect the second time I made it! Thank you for sharing!
I LOVED this dish! I added a little extra olive oil and used a can of diced flavored tomoatoes and I will be making this again. My hubby didn't care for it as much, but only because he's not a fan of pesto. Next time I will add the pesto later so we both can enjoy. Thank you!
I Really loved this recipe. I used to work at the OG for quite some time and this recipe is easy to follow and tastes even better than theirs! I just used crumbled sausage, added red pepper flakes and more potatoes and kale.
THe only thing I did differently was add a generous amount of lemon pepper seasoning and cabbage. I think the cabbage gave it just the right amount of moisture and flavor. Thanks! It was yummmmmy!
Eh, I only used the one egg like lots of people suggested and I used more cheese and cream... Not good and creamy at all. Won't be making this again..
Yum! We really enjoyed it with steamed rice and veggies and kim chee. Thank you for sharing!
It was very good, but needed a little something so I just added some diced up KimChee (a spicy Korean cabbage) and it was de-lish! Thanks!
Thank you, I halved the recipe and used a smaller pyrex dish- turned out yummy! Thanks for the recipe!! =)
Loved it! Was looking for something different to fix for dinner and this was it. I added lots of mushrooms and more spinach than called for and it was de-lish. Thanks for such a yummy recipe!
LOVED IT! I also went a little overboard with my shredded carrots- I had 4 cups, but it was amazing! Everyone loved "my" carrot cake and wanted more! I also cut the sugar down to 3 cups in the frosting, and I really think that it could have even been cut down to 2 cups, maybe 2 and a half. Thank you for the suggestions about using 3/4c apple sauce and 1/2c oil. Thank you for sharing such a YUMMY recipe.
