I used BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. It was ok but it did not caramelize. I won't make it again. This would work better in the oven or stove top

Next time I will add more sweet pickle relish and a bit of dill pickle relish and I used Dijon mustard instead of Yellow. I used more lemon as well. No more store bought stuff for me :)
I liked it a lot but I think using the Catalina dressing will make it better (I had Russian on hand). Also throw in a bag of frozen peas and carrots and you can be all done in about 5 min.
