Recommend holding back on lemon till last second. Reason? It is a fact known by all chefs...lemon will make shrimp a little bit tough when cooking the shrimps in it. I follow instructions to the T, but add the lemon to the sauce last minute...just before pulling the meal from the burner!
Use the mayo trick to keep moist, AND melt some butter with garlic powder, then drizzle it over the breasts when they are done!!!
To make a GREAT sandwich awesome, just sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on the buttered bread before putting into the skillet. WOW, what an upgrade in flavor. I got the idea from Marie Callendar's "Frisco burger", which they do using sour dough bread for their burgers.
