Enjoyed this very much, wasn't too sweet and was refreshing, and best of all, it wasn't too taxing on the cook! Would definitely try this again.

I really enjoyed this one. I used cream of mushroom soup w/ the roasted garlic instead of celery soup. Also added a can of mushrooms into the turkey mixture and then mixed everything into the noodles as some suggested. Really very tasty and super easy. Thank you for a great turkey leftover recipe!

Chicken Breasts with Herb Basting Sauce

This is a wonderful recipe with great flavor! I made it with boneless breasts and followed the suggestion to reduce heat and cover. It didn't really brown up at all but what it lacked in color was more than compensated by flavor. I also used chicken broth in place of some of the oil (I ran out). I will definitedly be making this again.

Wild Rice and Asparagus Chicken Breasts

I enjoyed this recipe. Like some of the other reviewers I added red pepper in with the aparagus, made for a very pretty presentation. I cut back on the oil, making it more diet friendly, and used only 1 TBSP. Worked out fine, didn't stick at all with non-stick pan. Will more than likely make this again. 13 year old son gave it an ok, but he only gets excited for hot dogs, he did eat some of the asparagus though and that was a first!

Tomato-Smothered Pork Chops

This was a very easy recipe to prepare. I used a jar of diced tomates in place of the tomato sauce, also minced dried onion since I didn't have any fresh on hand. I also added some hot sauce for zing, about 5 drops, could have used more and will next time. Will try this one again.

Portobello Mushroom Burgers

This was great despite the fact that I broke the mushroom trying to remove the stem. I also cooked it indoors, on top of the stove. That worked fine. I topped mine with Bleu Cheese and grilled onion as other suggested. I think any cheese would work, go for what you like.

Wow, this was awesome! I left out the liquid smoke since I didn't have any on hand. Cooked it in a swallow roasting pan, covered it with tin foil. I didn't have to add any fluids at all, the moisture off the tin foli just fell back in the pan with the meat. Even PICKY son said it was good! Did I say WOW?!
