1 pound broad egg noodles (cooked)
1/4 lb. velvetta cheese (cubed)
1/4 lb. butter or margarine (melted)
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 pint sour cream

Directions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Separate the eggs and beat whites until stiff. Set aside the whites.
Step 3
3. Mix cheese, butter, sugar, sour cream, egg yolks and pour over cooked noodles. Set in large casserole.
Step 4
4. Fold in the beaten egg whites.
Step 5
5. Bake in 350 oven about 30-40 minutes until top is nicely browned.

6. Enjoy
