It's easy to prepare and a favorite for brunch at home. I didn't change a thing.
The shallot was too much. I agree with other reviewers to cook the shallots a bit before mixing with the cheese. I also added some oil over the chicken and some salt and pepper. At the end, I broiled for about 2 minutes to give it some more color.
Incredibly easy to make. I prepared it the night before to bring to the office. Added the avocados and a splash of lime at the end and it was a success. Served it with tortilla chips. Will definitely prepare it again.
I made the recipe, which is enough for three, but my grandson wanted more. We all loved it, easy to make and will definitely make it again.
I used chicken breast instead of thighs and apricot preserve instead of honey. Came out pretty good, no leftovers.
