Caution: Don't try my Filipino Adobo recipe if you are looking for a "traditional" recipe straight from the PI.
So I feel bad bc the only recipe that I have published it seems some don't like that my adobo is a "traditional" recipe. I am half filipina half caucasian. I grew up using recipes out of my mama's filipino cook book but over the years have altered it to my family's tastes and also for quick convenience. Respectfully, please don't try my recipe if you are looking for traditional flavors from the Philippines. Also, if I used a traditional recipe from my mom's cookbook and published it as my own, wouldn't that be plagiarism?
