My boyfriend was at the neighbor’s house and told him how much I enjoy cooking, so he sent a box full of scapes over. Today is my first official day of summer vacation, so what better places to be than outside in the garden and then in the kitchen! Although I’d never done anything with scapes before, I am always up for trying something new and I sure do love garlic and pesto! I am very happy with this simple, yet delicious, recipe! Thanks for sharing.
