This pudding rocks..except I DONT LIKE BANANAS..so I make mine with Strawberrys that I sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. The lemon juice helps the fruit last longer. I also make a banana one for my boyfriend...They are so good.
I just bought the Wilton cake mold. It is a lot easier and the dress will look like a real dress. The pyrex dish looks too bulky. Also, I bought a barbie inserter at a baker's supply store. It works better than trying to insert a actual barbie doll into the cake. The inserter is the top half off the barbie, so there is no need to break a barbie doll. The inserters only cost $2.00 and you can get any ethnicity. My daughter loves confetti cake with strawberry filling. Then I cover it in pink and white wilton fondant and place royal icing roses on it. I will post a pic soon.
Okay So I tweaked the recipe to fit my personal taste. I used 1.25 lbs. of ground chicken, 1/4c. cilantro, 2 green onions, 1 tbsp hoisin sauce, 1 tbsp plum sauce, 3 tbsp. of sriracha hot chili sauce, 2 tsp. of adobo seasoning, and 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs. I then fried them until brown. I made a side of rice noodles with Thai Peanut sauce. Oh My let me tell you was my mouth having a party. So Flavorful. I didn't even need a dipping sauce for my chicken balls. I didn't want anything to change the flavor. So good. Loved the Recipe. You can do so many things that fit your personal taste and makes the recipe your own. Thanks For Sharing this Recipe.
Went to the farmers market grabbed all the ingredients..came home..and made this terrific chow chow..such a great companion to down home southern dishes..JUST TERRIFIC!!!!
I think people look at recipes and take them at face value. When in reality any recipe is just a template. Its just something you can follow but change to your preference. With that being said i love this recipe. I make a homemade salsa to top the flautas with. Also i use bone in chicken breast that I simmer in chipotle peppers, onion, green bell peppers, garlic, tomatoes and chicken broth. There are so many variations you can try with the filling. love this recipe.
Addictive sweet sugary goodness. And you can concoct any flavor that you can imagine. The possibilities are endless. My kids and I love this.
My picky dog sat in front of the stove until they were done and when the timer went off he barked until I gave him one. Needless to say my dog loved absolutely loved these biscuits. I make them for him every Christmas and I give them to other dog owners as gifts from my canine companion.
So yummy...after reading reviews I added 1 cup of extra water and 2 Roma tomatoes that I squished into the crock pot and rough chopped. Added a couple dashes of tobasco and Worcestershire and carmelized the onions before adding to the crockpot to bring out the sweetness. Also made son jalapeño cheddar corn muffins and southwestern corn corn muffins. Soooooooo good.
Great but changed it to my family's likes. Added 1/4 cup of caramel syrup to the cream cheese mixture. Instead of layering with caramel I layered it with chocolate hot fudge and then topped it with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, chopped toasted almonds and drizzled with caramel syrup. My family was in love!
It was good but I prefer a bit more chocolate. This recipe is a good canvas to play around with.
Love it..I add diced dried pineapples and use it as a dipping sauce for lettuce wraps. Yum yum friggin yum and for the spice loving hubby I add 1 minced habanero
Sweet and delicious
