Great recipe and got raves from my boyfriend who almost ate the whole thing by himself. I topped this off with the Pie Crust III recipe (http://pie.allrecipes.com/az/PieCrustIII.asp).

I followed this recipe almost exactly and the results were amazing. The loaf was moist and very flavorful (make sure to use very ripe bananas for maximum banana flavor). The only thing I did differently was that I sprinkled brown sugar on top for a crumbly, sweet topping.

Authentic Louisiana Red Beans and Rice

This was excellent, and I will be putting this into semi-regular rotation. I took some of the directions from others (added salt, added some additional seasonings like onion powder and garlic salt) but remained pretty true to the recipe.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

These were fabulous! I didn't have any rolls so I just sandwiched the zucchini betweens slices of toasted white bread instead. This is my preference, but I also added some sugar to the marinara sauce to cut down on some of the sourness of the sauce. Delicious!

These are amazing! Everyone I make them for always request that I make them again. The only change I made is to replace oil with butter and to baste the dough in butter before adding the salt and baking.

This really is the best! I never had brussels sprouts before, but now I can't get enough. I use sea salt instead of kosher salt, and frozen brussels sprouts, and that works great for me. Easy and delicious.

Tomato-Curry Lentil Stew

This is a fantastic recipe that is filling and healthy and affordable. I tripled the recipe and made adjustments according to what I had available, and it came out delicious. The changes I made: Green pepper instead of celery; added one white potato, cubed; and added 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper for a little bit of a kick.
