Mexican Refried Bean and Cheese Dip
This is an easy and excellent dip served warm with tortilla chips for football Sundays (or anytime really). You can also use the dip to add flair to "taco night". Simply dab some of the dip onto your taco shell before adding meat and other condiments. I'm not usually a big fan of velveeta cheese - but my Dad used to make this dip when I was a child and we've enjoyed it for family/friend gatherings ever since.
