I loved this but wanted to add to the dressing with an extra garlic clove, a bit of added rice vinegar, and some added spices- 1/2 tsps of cumin, paprika and celery salt added. Very very tasty overall!
So fantastic! I usually make a cheesecake with a sour cream topping, but I tried this one and my family definitely loved it! The only change I made was using a quart of fresh strawberries, and that worked out well. The crust, the creamy cheesecake, the strawberry sauce... it was all very tasty.
