I really enjoyed it! Easy to make, keeps well in the fridge...a different type and texture of salsa. Breaks the pattern of tomato salsas served all the time, and complements them when served side by side. Good color. Will make again!

Great and easy to make. I did not use a bread machine, hook attachmnet on my mixer worked fine. Made per recipe, turned out very nice, very tastee! I think for future cinnabons I will increase the filling mixture by 1/2 to add to the gooey cinnamon flavor I like. Thanks for a great recipe....took a picture they looked sooo nice.

Made these tasty little cookies...easy, very good flavor. I made them for my daughter-in-law...Mexican...she got pregnant and could not eat them.. I might use powdered sugar instead next time just to see how that affects the outer coating..

Super easy to make.(used Kitchen aid with dough hook) Followed directions...decided after making one batch, I wanted bigger loafs and more, so I made another batch so they could cook together. Made 1 round loaf, and 1 long French style loaf. Used the toasted seeds...very nice crispy crust..soft center.... will be making French toast soon!

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

This was great. I remembered my Mom's pies growing up..tart yet sweet...good eats! I started growing my own rhubarb planning ahead for my 'own' pies. My good friend (neighbor) had company come in from out west. I knew he had not had a good rhubarb pie for years because he always admired my rhubarb crop growing beside the house. I made your pie and took it over(I kept one for me). They all loved it...what was not eaten that night was consumed for breakfast the next morning. My daughter-in-law tasted mine (never had it before) and discovered a new love... thanks for sharing

Snickerdoodles I

Had never had snickerdoodles before..must be my sheltered boring life . Anyway someone brought some into work one day...not bad, but store bought. I made some that night followed this recipe (added a tsp. more cinnamon to dry ingredients and used butter flavored shortening). They were outstanding. Will definitely make again as they do not last long around the house. Thanks for this KEEPER recipe.

Marinated Flank Steak

I had not cooked a flank steak for years...and this spawned my desire to do it again. I followed the recipe pretty close (adding liquid smoke to the marinade from habit). I also always use a foil pouch with dampened hickory chips to enhance the smoked flavor on the grill. I use a similar marinade for cooking deer or other game..the red wine vinegar acts as a tenderizer along with the lemon juice and removes most of the 'game' taste from meat. I like to use a vacuum seal bag to force the mixture into all of the meat if only in the marinade for several hours. Anyway the recipe is great. Leftovers made for many delicious lunch combos that week.
