The dough was very soft and despite using a well-floured surface to roll it on, I couldn't fold up the corners. I put the smeared little lumps on parchment paper to prevent scorching, and they did taste good.
They were great the night I made them but I was disappointed the next day, when they turned into hard little disks. The flavor is good, but I prefer a softer cookie.
I have been searching for a soft and chewy chocolate chip recipe -- and the search continues. Admittedly, cookie-baking is not my culinary forte, but I was disappointed when, the next day, my "wonderful cookies" (from the night I made them) had developed the crunch of a cracker.
Good flavor, but could use more spice. My husband thinks of it as chili.
Very good flavor with the green chiles, but only needs one can of enchilada sauce.
A hit at Thanksgiving. Held it's shape well.
Very good in tacos and chimichangas. Works well with venison roast, too.
This is in the top two of best apple pies I've ever had. My husband doesn't generally like fruit pies because of the "gel", and he says this is THE BEST apple pie he's ever had. It's a hit!
A family favorite and raved over by guests.
Excellent dish; flavorful but not overwhelming: it's perfect!
I LOVE this recipe! The meatballs are fluffy and it's worth the effort of making meatballs. I like to add a little sugar to cut the tang of the tomatoes and green chile salsa.
