Very good, but there was way too much egg and dry mixture for that many chops.
Very good recipe. They do dry out in the oven, so I had to add more milk to moisten them. Also, I mixed green onion and bacon into the potatoes before I baked it. Put cheddar cheese on top, and they turned out really well. If you want to freeze some (before baking) make sure to add more milk because they can get dry.
Not bad for a 15 minute one-pan dinner! It is pretty bland if you make it as-is, so I would recommend adding 2 packets of taco seasoning or jazzing it up to suit your preferences. I ended up adding corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes with chilies, as well as salt/pepper.
Great sidedish! Really enjoyed this recipe!
Wow! This is SOOOO good! Doesn't require any tweaking, it is awesome as-is!
So delicious and so easy to make! I LOVE this recipe and it is devoured by the hubby and kids. I cheat a little by adding frozen sliced carrots instead of slicing a fresh carrot. Highly recommend!!
Very fun, kids had a blast with this.
Easy to make and the kids thought it was such a treat for lunch!
This makes the best grilled cheese sandwiches! They are crisp and not greasy like a fried grilled cheese is. The only way I will make them now!
