I am a part time cook. I do it for fun as a hobby, but I do it with love and care. I put alot of heart into everything I make, and all for seeing the smile on someones face. My best compliment is when someones goes back for seconds. I am not really satisfied with someone tasting something I have made and saying it was very good, or even excellent. I want to know why... what was it that was very good? What about the mélange of flavors and textures was appealing? What exactly did they like about it?
