Light, crispy, & tasty. You can't go wrong with this one. I don't have a deep fryer, & never deep fried before. By just using a large saucepan with about 3" of canola oil, this turned out better than any fish & chip shop around my home puts out. I also splurged and used halibut instead of cod.
Nice for something different, but I wouldn't make it again. It's quite good right when it's made, but the dressing seems to take over by the time it gets to the table and it's really too tired to eat the next day.
Excellent. It was a big hit at our Thanksgiving dinner! I will keep it on file as my standard.
I really like the dressing. The salad ingredients make a delicious standard greek salad, but if you don't have all the ingredients, it's OK. Just dribbling a bit of that dressing on a few sliced tomatoes is yummy.
When I mixed the dry & liquid ingredients together it wasn't a batter, but rather a dough. We found the texture dry, and the combined flavours of the bland, biscuity muffin and sweet chocolate not very good.
It's nice to have a new great tasting way to use up leftover turkey. I've frozen some to take out on a rainy day when some comfort food is in order.
Very good, but a bit lonely without whip cream to top it off. I'll make it again, especially during bumper crop raspberry seasons.
OMG, this is the best key lime pie ever. A big hit with the family! Thanks.
At a table of 5, only 1 person liked it. Because we grow zucchini's in our garden, I've been looking for a good stuffed zucchini recipe and will continue searching. I think this one is just a bit too gooey & not to our taste.
