I loved this recipe. I had many requests for it after serving it. I didn't add the liquid smoke.

This is a delicious pasta salad. I sometimes add chopped genoa salami and provolone cheese to resemble an Italian sub!

I only used the marinade recipe and I used cod instead of the mahi-mahi. Absolutely delicious!!!

This was pretty good. Next time I'll leave the salt out of the batter and use a smaller pan.
