Creamy Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

I came up with this when I was trying to find a low-fat and healthy alternative to my nightly ice cream treat. This recipe calls for whole milk, but if you are looking for an even more indulgent, creamy frozen yogurt use heavy cream in place of the milk! I also did not add additional sugar, so it's not very sweet. If you like yours sweeter, add some sugar before pouring into the ice cream maker. This is a basic recipe, so have fun modifying it, using add-ins (like chopped fruit or shaved chocolate) and making it your own!

Hamburger Pouches

This is a dish I gew up eating as a child. My mom worked full time, so we often ate this inexpensive, quick to make and easy to clean up meal. My family rarely eats corn and I only keep it around for this dish. The corn is a must! Jazz it up with your favorite spices and serve with bread. I have small children and I usually make tiny burgers for them, so they get their own pouch. Adjust baking time according to size of potato cubes and burgers. Enjoy!

Gommi's French Toast

This is a handed down recipe from my great grandma, Gommi. I have been eating it since I was a little girl and now I get to make it for my crew! Since it isn't 'light', we eat this every now and then, which makes it a real treat! Serve with butter, fruit or maple syrups, or fruit jams or jellies. Whatever your family likes! I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does! Great served with fresh fruit and bacon or sausage! Indulge yourself by using cinnamon raisin bread or other sweet yeast bread. Simple yet tasty! Just 3 ingredients. Takes less than 5 minutes to assemble. Great as a dip or burrito filling. Add your own seasonings if you like, but we love it plain! Serve with your favorite tortilla chips.

Whole Wheat Biscuit Mix
