This is a great recipe for pork chops. I made it tonight for dinner the whole family loved it. Made regular cut pork chops and served the sauce on the side so everyone could determine their own calorie intake. Delicious. My daughter put the sauce on the angle hair pasta I served on the side. This is our new favorite pork chop recipe. Thanks.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

The turkey was dry. I added a can of cream of mushroom soup to the drippings in the slow cooker and it made a very nice gravy. The turkey itself was very dry. If I try again I will cook for considerable less time.

Very strong rum flavor. Next time I will use light brown sugar and omit the rum.

This is the best salsa recipe. I made the following changes for my family. Reduced jalapenos to 2, used 1/2 the liquid from the whole peeled tomatoes, added the juice from 1 lime, added 2 tablespoons pureed chipolte peppers in adobo sauce, added 1 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Perfect.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake V

Turned out perfect. I made this for Easter. Based on other reviewers suggestions I made the following changes. I used Pillsbury Golden Yellow Cake mix, substituting reserved pineapple juice for the water. I Started with a fairly thick layer of butter on each cake pan. I used fresh pineapple for the rings, and a full 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple for the bottom part ( well drained). I reduced the coconut to a sprinkling. I increased the amount of brown sugar, just sprinkled on top of the butter until it looked right. After inverting the top cake I put the pan back on until the cake cooled. Also it took longer for the top to cook than the bottom. The bottom was done in 30 min and the top took about 40 min. Thanks for the recipe. Will be making again.
