I made this recipe for my birthday party. I modified it for 24 servings and didnt change any ingredients. Just made it as directed. It was a hit!! I will make again.
I recently adopted a plant based diet but my husband has always loved this dish. I substituted the chicken with extra firm tofu, milk with Almond milk, and vegan butter. For everything else I stuck to the recipe. It’s absolutely delicious!
