Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Bagels

These are yummy whole wheat bagels! I love raisins so I add a lot. However, you can adjust to 1 cup if you choose. Make these into whatever flavor you desire by omitting the cinnamon and raisins. Can make blueberry, onion, plain...the options are endless! Have fun!!!!

Healthy Diabetic Chocolate Banana Cookies

My son has juvenile diabetes so I modified the " Healthy Banana Cookie" recipe to make each cookie 15 grams in carbohydrates. I use them for his in-between-meal snacks. They are healthy AND delicious!

Cheesy Chicken and Dumplings
