Spicy Szechuan Green Beans

I modified this reccipe to be less oily. It is almost as good as takeout chinese greenbeans. It tastes wonderful with ham and a baked yam.

Garden Delight AKA Green Guck

My parents came up with this to use up vegetables from their garden. It is VERY flexible. I use it to make soup (add a can of broth and beans) or lasagne roll-ups. I keep a bag in the freezer and throw in any left over vegetables I have.
