This is something my mom used to make and I finally got the recipe but also added a bit of my own flavor so that it's a little more filling. It's great to snack on or even for a party!

  • Take both packages of cream cheese and put into mixing bowl.

  • Add your mayo and sour cream.

  • Take an egg beater and begin mixing together until foundation of the dip is smooth and no longer clumpy. (If you don't have a beater, a potato masher works too. Use that elbow grease!)

  • Once your base is smooth add one packet of vegetable mix and stir until evenly mixed.

  • (Add half of second bag for a more seasoned taste)

  • Your spinach should be chilled, but not frozen add as much as you desire but 1 1/2-2 cups usually is enough for an even mix.

  • Stir together

  • At the end add your tomato and mix gently to ensure tomatoes aren't crushed/mashed up.

  • Add packet of cubed ham for a filling lunchtime snack

  • Let sit for 30 minutes in refrigerator, then enjoy!
