Loved this exactly how the recipe is! I boiled the tomatoes in the water from the chicken. The skins slid right off. I served this on warm tostados with shredded lettuce, crema, and queso fresco cheese. This is a new favorite, it makes a ton!

This was really good but my husband thought it reminded him of cream of mushroom soup.

This was super easy and good. I used fresh mozzarella and served it herb salad and fresh slices of tomatoes.
