I normally am not the biggest meatloaf fan... but my boyfriend mentioned he like it, so I tried this out and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it myself! It was easy to make and really good.. I'd make it again.
People were telling me they've never had such a rich/chocolatey cake before! It turned out very good! I covered it with chocolate frosting then crushed oreos and sprinkled them all around too... it was moist cake with crunchy cookies! Goes fantastic with a scoop of vanilla ice cream too!
This was my first lasagna and it was a hit! I added a can of crushed tomatoes to the meat mixture, with some fresh italian spices.. also 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 ricotta mixed with some spinach for the cheese mixture. It was a lot easier than I expected it to be and the leftovers were good the next day too!
This is my new favorite salad! I used a roasted garlic bread instead of the fresh garlic the first time.. and it was amazing! The second time I made it, I used a rosemary bread and fresh garlic.. and it was good too! I like this recipe, becuase you can play with the ingredients a little bit. Some fresh pepper on top was nice too!
I don't have a bbq grill, so i made this chicken in the oven. I seasoned the chicken before adding the mustard, and added a few seasonings in the beer can as well... the chicken was very tender, but i thought it lacked some flavor. It was good, but I don't think I'd make it again.
My boyfriend and I always make this salmon! It's delicious and very light/healthy!
The bread was so delicious! I don't like nuts, so I left those out and I added an extra cup of zucchini.. and everyone just loved it! Great bread for a turkey sandwich! Thank you for this great recipe!
We loved this chicken! So tender, flavorful, and easy! I love the mushrooms too!
im giving this one a 3.5, it was good but nothing really special. it was just average... it tasted good, considering how easy it was to prepare.
This was my first turkey ever. I've been told the turkey bag method is pretty good.. so I made this entire recipe inside a turkey bag and it came out great! I also put the remainder of the onion inside the turkey and when it was done.. the broth was AMAZING! Everyone enjoyed it, I would make this turkey again!
This recipe was a huge hit! I served it with reduced fat vanilla ice cream.. and everyone loved it! It's not as rich as regular pumpkin pie, but it was lighter and nicer.. I didn't feel so heavy after eating it.
I used splenda instead of sugar and it was still good! One of my guests cringed when she saw splenda, but said she could hardly tell the difference afterwards! It's so nice to have such a simple, easy task when there are so many other things to worry about when making Thanksgiving dinner. Everyone was so impressed with the fresh cranberry sauce and it was the simplest dish I made!
