Peaches and Tequila Sunrise Sauce
This is a marinade I came up with that I use mostly on pork tenderloin, but is good on steaks, chicken and fish as well.
Easy Teriyaki Chops
This is an extremely easy recipe! The marinade also works great with chicken breasts.
Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops
These are SO SIMPLE, yet so good - they taste just like steak! The chops can also be broiled in the oven.

Tropical Grilled Pork Chops
Marinated pork chops are grilled to perfection and topped with a spicy salsa starring pineapple, mango, and applesauce.
Salsa Chicken Burrito Filling
Quick, easy burrito/taco filling that is delicious and freezes great! I serve this with tortillas, shredded Cheddar cheese and little sour cream. You could fill the tortillas and put them all in a baking dish and then cover with salsa and cheese and bake for about 10 minutes, if you don't want a mess at the table.
Anaheim Fish Tacos
I created this one to make mouths dance. I love fish tacos, but don't like the fried versions or cabbage. Not really for kids, though - a bit flavorful. Serve with authentic Mexican cheese, sour cream, fresh cilantro, lettuce, and lime.
Chicken and Corn Chili
This is an easy slow cooker meal - use your imagination and season it up as you like! Great on a c-c-c-cold winter night! I serve this with grated cheese, sour cream, chopped cilantro and green onions, and flour tortillas on the side.

Healthy Turkey Loaf
Whipped up this low fat number while on a diet/workout program. GREAT beef meatloaf substitute. My husband, the meatloaf lover, just LOVES this loaf and it is SO easy to mix up, freeze and bake later for a quick meal!
Middle Eastern Turkey Dogs
This is a VERY simple way to enjoy Middle Eastern flavors in an American format... the hot dog! Serve on a bun or wrapped in a pita. I like adding banana-ketchup, but any condiment will do! Tahini might be appropriate. Rice or couscous or an Israeli salad would make a fine side dish. Use ground turkey with a 7% or 8% fat content, as the super lean turkey will be harder to cook with.
Singapore Noodles
Here is a slightly spicy curry dish of Singapore angel hair noodles with a medley of veggies, shrimp, chicken, and pork. It's an Asian way to clear out the fridge. Serve noodles with hot pepper sauce and soy sauce as condiments.
