Excellent! I didn't have tuna steaks, so I just used two 7 oz family size packages of Star Kist tuna and it was the perfect amount for 6 regular-sized patties.

Quite tasty! There was a request from my family to have more of the filling... but I don't think any more would have fit inside the chicken! Maybe add some chopped apples to the gravy and drizzle them on?

Absolutely delicious! I used fat-free feta and it was marvelous! I read these reviews beforehand and took the advice to mix in the sun-dried tomatoes with the olives and it came out very pretty! Great dip for veggies or pitas and a huge hit with my friends!

I subsituted 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar for the olive oil and used fat-free feta. It came out absolutely delicious with so much less fat!
