I think I might have overmixed this cake but the day I made it the cake was a little dry, but good flavor. I kept it covered and had another piece 2 days later and it didn't keep well.

This was so easy to make and the pork was so tender. I didn't have any dry white wine so I used a table white wine and it worked well. All of my guests loved this recipe.

Simmering Chicken Strawberry Kabobs

I loved the marinade for the Chicken but the strawberries didn't fare well on the grill. I will probably make this again but I will put the strawberries on the top rack instead of on the skewer.

I made these cookies for my son's school party and they were a great hit. We added green food coloring to the dough and when I took them out of the oven I added a single chocolate chip for a wart. We also added red gel food coloring for the severed end of the finger. The cookies do enlarge when baked (almost double the thickness) so make sure you don't make them to round when you are rolling them out. The cookie flavor was good on top of looking great, thanks for a fun recipe.

I really enjoyed this meal. Even my picky husband ate everything (except the yellow squash.) We will definatly make this again.

Baked French Toast

This was very easy to make and everyone asked for the recipe. The topping that you put on in the morning made a nice crisp top layer. I did a double layer of bread and wouldn't recommend doing it, it left the bottom layer soggie and it caused the juices to overflow in the oven.
