I'm a busy, working Mum of three busy kids, aged 9, 8 and 6. Between them, they keep my husband and me run off our feet but we do try to eat together every day. I live in England but found a love of American food when visiting a friend's house when I was young. I was a skinny looking kid and her wonderful Mom insisted on trying to fatten me up a bit - Who was I to stop her?!
