I made this for Thanksgiving last year. Followed the directions exactly and it was perfect! My husband can't eat pecans but loves peanuts and this has the same consistency of a pecan pie! Wonderful taste! Will definitely make again!
I took this down to one bag of powdered sugar (~7.5c) and it was absolutely amazing. It's easy to spread and then put in the refrigerator and sets up really nicely on the cake. I added a splash of almond extract. Definitely a keeper!! Very chocolatey without being bitter...
Easy and so good! Made exactly as directed with 1% milk and 1/3 fat cream cheese but used shredded parmesan because that's what I had on hand.
My husband grilled this on the the George Foreman Grill and then put it in the skillet right at the end. Absolutely amazing and pretty quick once you get everything measured out.
Excellent and amazingly moist without being oily! I used unsweetened applesauce for nearly half the oil and half white, half brown sugar and added some nutmeg and an 8oz can of crushed pineapple drained and dried on paper towels. Baked about 35 minutes in 2 round pans.
Used this with Carrot Cake III from this site and it's perfect! Rich without being overly sweet! Thank you!
Exceptional! Use the smaller tortillas though for a more chip-like look....cut them all and then put in rows on baking sheet, spray with Pam and then sprinkle with the cinnamon & sugar mixture.
Best peanut butter caramel corn ever!! I love peanut butter so I used 1/2C. and added dry roasted peanuts. I also baked at 250 for about 35minutes to crisp it up. Wonderful!
This was great! We used real garlic instead of powder and rolled it in crushed garlic croutons for a little bit of a crunch.
I cut the cumin and it was still the overwhelming flavor, but overall this is a great burger! Thanks so much!
I followed what "sdgirl" did, Coated the roast with a flour, garlic salt, crushed red pepper, rosemary and thyme mixture; seared it; put it on top of thicked sliced onions; topped it with an entire bag of baby carrots, a whole bag of celery chopped, and a dozen baby red potatoes; then topped that with half a bulb of garlic and a mixture of beef broth, onion soup mix, and cream of mushroom soup....
So easy and really really rich! I folded in the whipped cream instead of beating it and it worked beautifully! Will try with 1/2 semisweet and 1/2 milk chocolate next time. Thanks!
