Wow! I loved these cookies and they were super easy to make. I used Splenda instead of sugar. WW flour in place pf white flour and added raisins. I also took the advice of another eviewer and left them round instead of flattening them with a fork and the came out round, soft and perfect. I will make these again and again. I wasn't a big fan of these cookies. The taste was alright, but the after taste was a bit lingering. I agree that the next day they taste better, but still not the best.
This is a GREAT cookie recipe!! Yummy! I added crushed walnuts to half the batch and half with no nuts, both ways were delicious! A hit with my family and a recipe i will keep for years to come. Thanks for sharing!!
I reduced the sugar to 2 cups due to some reviews. It was fantastic. I used a non-stick pan instead of glass and cooked for 36 mintues. It was perfect. Definitely a keeper!
I loved this recipe! It was so simple to make. I cooked the turkey, sauteed the onions with some garlic and then stuck everything an a crockpot. I only used 1 zuchinni (its all I had)...I added some additional seasonings, but I am sure it would have been fine the original way. I also added the kidney beans, garbonza beans and black beans. The salsa I used had lots of corn in it. It really was simple to make, but the taste was like I spent hrs on it :-) Thanks!
