I was hopeful with this because I love mayonnaise. I did not care for this recipe at all.
These were edible, but as many have complained they are pretty soggy. And why coat them with flour? Breading wings is time and work for nothing, they're better just with sauce.
Ok but certainly not falling-off-the-bones tender. I'll try again and cook the ribs longer, but I'll continue searching for recipes too.
Way too much liquid--had to more than double the flour to get anything to stick.
even searing it in olive oil with steak rub and garlic, and adding tomato juice and worcester sauce, it still came out bland. needs a more flavorful sauce.
simply amazing. i added a little white wine to the sauce.
a little bland-- needs more salt and spices, try adding bacon and shrimp next time!
too much sauce for the amount of shredded veggies. i would do a 3/4 recipe with honey mustard replacing sugar and replacing mayo with 1/2 may 1/2 sour cream.
i used whey instead of buttermilk, and mine were too wet. reminded me of eating oatmeal in a single serving size.
